      RSS / Atom Feeds display the post time in a timezone that appears to be Jayapura, Indonisia. – This problem occurs on phpBB.com as well:
      http://www.phpbb.com/community/feed.php - despite both the guest timezone settings, your timezone settings, or the system timezone settings.
