Show latest unapproved topic info in Latest Post block when user has moderator permission to see it in that forum

    Description

      Currently, the latest post information block does show the ? icon when an unapproved topic is present. However, even when the unapproved topic is the newest post, the Latest Post information is shown for the most recent approved post instead. If the user has moderation permissions for that forum, he should see the latest unapproved topic information instead.
