Unread, unapproved topics do not make forum display as unread if all other topics in the forum are read

    Description

      When all topics have been marked read and a users posts a new topic (and I'm assuming a new post will do the same) that is unapproved, the forum remains marked as read even though the unapproved topic/post is unread.

      This is likely related to the last post information bug, where last post information does not get updated until the topic/post is approved.
