The MOD Development Rules and Policies shows at Rule 4a a suggested topic template. The last line of that template includes the instruction "Enter the URL of the MOD to download or attach the MOD to the topic". However, since the vast majority of members here do not have permission to use attachments in that forum the " or attach the MOD to the topic" part should be removed; or the permissions should be altered.
