kb article doesn't exist error

Clicking the following kb link returns the error message:

"Information

The article specified doesn't exist.

Please search the Knowledge Base for an article that answers your question: Knowledge Base"

Yet it appears to a team member with different article author and creation date of today in contradiction with the google cached version.
