Transferring Your Board to a New Host or Domain KB -- gzip not always available

The "Transferring Your Board to a New Host or Domain" KB article does not take into account the fact that some phpBB users do not have access to the gzip function, as seen in the support request at http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=1945955

This applies to options 1 and 3 in the Backing Up the Database section.

In this case, the text options works (as far as I know).
