I think that there is a little issue in RSS feed for new MODs:
http://www.phpbb.com/mods/db/feeds/rss/new/

Indeed, the feed display Welcome PM on First Login as the last validated MOD.
Then, many MODs are duplicate, NV Exif Data for example.
