When submitting an update when a team member is in the process of validating a mod you get this message

There is current already a version of your Modification in the queue, submitted at Wed Aug 06, 2008 10:04 am, and the Modification team has already looked at your Modification. To prevent you submit updates while we already did the validation you cant submit an update.

I have tightened up the lang for you a bit below, feel free to use it or not

The Modificaion Team is in the process of validating your mod as submitted on Wed Aug 06, 008 at 10:04 am. Therefore, you can not upload an update to your mod until you receive a validation status notice from a Modification Team member. Thank you.

...or something like that.
