No release topic created

For contrib ID #2697.

Style was approved and automagically added to the demo, but no release topic created. Now the contrib page shows the style as new, and any further action on it (clicking on Validating link) gives the error:

No pending data found, Style isnt in the queue?

The Styles Bot replied to the queue topic with:

Style has been approved by Erisar at http://www.phpbb.com/styles/db/index.php?i=misc&mode=display&contrib_id=2697.

and the queue topic moved to the trash.

So no release topic, and the contrib page broken. Help please as soon as possible .
