Language pack uploading system doesn't check PHP syntax

Yesterday I accidentally uploaded a language pack with a PHP syntax error in it and I wasn't given an error message. The wrong pack was available for download (till now). I've attached the language pack to this report.

The bug is in install.php at line 135:

	'DIRECTORIES_AND_FILES'		=> 'Könyvtárak és állományok beállítása', /

I was also given an error 500 when I tried to upload the fixed language pack.
