It might be nice if the validator would check the length of the comment-lines, especially the seperator-lines.

Furthermore it doesn't complain about blank lines after a seperator-line or a missing seperator-line before a MOD header.

And finally it doesn't complain if one adds extra keywords/remarks to the parts outside the author notes.

I'm not sure if those are required, but I added a MOD and got remarks about those (and some a bit more serious) issues.
