I discovered the problem during the development and beta testing of Extension Manager Plus 2.0, i.e. from September 2023 to December. These errors are not noticeable in a phpBB Vanilla because phpBB does not report such errors directly.

However, they are immediately noticeable in EMP, see attachment. I have marked all affected extensions that are offered and maintained in the CDB. Two other extensions are not marked, but there will be no more updates anyway.

After examining the composer.json of all extensions, I was able to determine the cause: the missing SSL option. I suspect there must have been an HTTP->HTTPS redirection before, which probably no longer exists. As a result, no new version is reported for many extensions.
