Images in XAMPP Knowledgebase article return 301 redirect to KB home page

Trying to view https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.3/kb/article/installing-and-setting-up-your-own-web-server/ tries to present image URLs such as https://www.phpbb.com/kb/images/120-xampp-1.png. 

But these image URLs receive 301 responses, with the redirect being to simply the home page of the Knowledge Base https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.3/kb/, rather than being redirected to any kind of more specific image location.

This issue affects all phpBB versions of this article, not just phpBB 3.3.
