Knowledge Base article print layout needs improvement

Per https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?p=15426746#p15426746 the print layout of knowledge base pages contains extraneous information, two pages worth. It would be much improved if only the knowledge base article itself was included in the print layout.
