Change Updating 3.2.x knowledge base article so /docs folder isn't uploaded to server

Per the discussion in https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=556&t=2511081

There seems to be some consensus in the community that the /docs folder from the phpBB software package isn't required to be installed or updated on the server. 

Recommend that Step 4 in https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.2/kb/article/updating-32x/ be changed to include removing the /docs folder from the package so that it doesn't get uploaded to the server in Step 7.
