Malformed Data (hacked content?) throughout User-Admin-Mod Guide Documentation

There appears to be widespread alteration of Admin, Moderator and User Guide pages for both 3.1 and 3.2.  Almost like things got wiped out completely and new, stranger things have appeared.  Functions seem to be missing and the guides, well.. they're off.

First, regarding:  Article comments are temporarily disabled

Why display that on every single page?  Just remove the notice as it confuses the documentation.

Select either 3.1 or 3.2, navigate to Admin, Mod or User tabs, start on every left column option and you will find tons of:

dhn

MennoniteHobbit

Kellanved

Noxwizard

And the list goes on.  Spot the trend yet?  Other junk in there in replace of headings, etc...  Repeat throughout the Guides.

This stuff isn't helpful.
