Notice of reported post disposition not working

For quite some time (years?) I no longer get the report advising me that a post I have reported has been handled.  I assume this is a website error and not a phpBB error, because I have never seen a support post mentioning this issue.

Unless there is code to not send the report when the reporter and the Moderator are the same person, you can reproduce this by reporting a post in the Trash Can and then closing the report.  You won't get a notice.
