On the about page https://www.phpbb.com/about/ is a block "Project External Links".
The second link Projects page @ sourceforge.net leads to a outdated project (currently providing 3.0.12).
Maybe dismiss all information on sourceforge and link everything to phpBB's own download page or to github?

Edit: Looks like a lot of people download from sourceforge: "115 Downloads (This Week)"
