It appears that only when visiting the Blog page on the phpBB.com website, it shows a link to the "Cookie Debugger" (https://www.phpbb.com/support/cookies.php) page when hovering the Support tab. So far, I haven't seen any other pages where it says.

But when you click the link, it says that I don't have permissions to view it. So it should be hidden for me, I think. Not a major issue at all, just a small mistake.
