Checked emails from phpbb.com and received over 250 from 1 topic

As described I checked my emails from this site and recevied 250 new emails with this info

all 250 were sent at 13:37 and 13:38 this afternoon. Not sure if it was a phpbb.com issue or a problem with hotmail maybe?
