On https://www.phpbb.com/downloads "Older Releases" is displayed in the lower section advertisting all sorts of other pages on the website. This is rather suboptimal, because it is directly related to the content shown.

The "Older Releases" link should either be shown more prominently (e.g. on the right), or it should be refactored into text contained in the actual page content.
