There's a few different aspects of the Support Request Template that need to be updated (with terminology):

• References to MODs exclusively, without mentioning extensions.

• The question "What version of phpBB3 did you update from?" does not include 3.0.12 as an answer.

• The link to the Support forum at the end of the generator links to 3.0 support only.
