Memberlist needs to be re-merged

    Description

      The memberlist has old code in it, indicating that a merge conflict wasn't completely resolved. You can see this in the email case statement at around line 760. The custom edits should be re-applied to stock 3.1.0 and re-merged. This is currently throwing errors into the error log.
