Extension Development Rules page issues

The codebox in the "Starting an Extension Development Topic" of the Extension Development Rules page currently active at https://www.phpbb.com/extensions/rules-and-guidelines/ does not work. Clicking the "Select All" link does not select text, it just jumps you to the top of the page.

Also, within the text inside that code box, there are double colons in a few spots, e.g.:

[color=purple][size=120][b]Extension Version:[/b][/size][/color]:

Note colons after Extension Version and repeated again after the closing color tag.
