Doesn't have a default value errors KB post is unclear

I have a PM exchange with Brf over [kb=doesnt-have-a-default-value-errors:22y28ceq]Doesn't have a default value errors[/kb:22y28ceq] and I was told that that script are for those who use one click installers provided by their host, if that the case then the KB should be updated to reflect that.
