/feeds/rss/ has invalid XML markup

    Description

      https://www.phpbb.com/feeds/rss/ is producing invalid XML, as it does not start with <?xml but rather with a Windows linebreak (0x0D, 0x0A).

      As such, Opera 12 and MSIE 8 refuse to recognize it as RSS.
