The FAQ language/en/help_faq.php on the community board and at Area51 should be edited because it is inaccurate and misleading in regard to who controls these boards. Probably the easiest way would be to remove this sentence:

Please note that the phpBB Group has absolutely no jurisdiction and cannot in any way be held liable over how, where or by whom this board is used.

It may be accurate for other boards, but if the phpBB Group doesn't have jurisdiction over the content and users here then who does?
