When I go to write a new PM, reply to a PM (everything regarding PMs that includes the text area) the "File comment" field is outside of the layout and it looks bad. It's kinda hard to explain with words, the attachment will explain everything.

I am sorry if this issue has been discussed before, and this isn't even a serious bug, but it not very good for the eyes. I assumed that this question was never made, otherwise that "bug" wouldn't be there momentarily.
