Previously it didn't show when the user had no user notes, now it does show with: SEE USER NOTES: None Selected
after upgrading to 3.0.11-RC1. While it makes no big difference, previously just seeing the red drew attention to it, now you have to look at it and read it to see if there is anything wrong.
