For many years, there has been available to the Teams a script written by Noxwizard that allows the entry of a URL and which produces an analysis of cookie configuration and version. It was available through the "Support:" menu. Now, when you click on the Menu in the header, and then Support, a dropdown flashes briefly (sometimes) which contains a Cookie debugger item, but then takes you to a custom page duplicating the links in the dropdown, but with no Cookie debugger item. This may be a permission issue on the new page, since the debugger was only available to Team members.

If by chance you are fast enough to click on the cookie debugger link from the support link in the dropdown, it takes you, not to any cookie debugger, but to the same custom page with no cookie debugger link.
