Specified forum style does not apply in MCP

Forum uses the default or user style in the MCP, rather than a specified forum style that the admin specifies. It appears that links to MCP do pass the forum ID number, so it shouldn't be too hard to get the appropriate style. It is just slightly disjointed for our moderators to see style 1, go into MCP and see another style, and then come back to style 1.

Replicated on a clean phpBB 3.0.3

• Install clean
• Add a second forum
• Go to ACP and
• Install subSilver2 style
• Set the second forum's "Forum Style" to subsilver2
• Go back to the forum and the second forum (you should see subsilver2 default)
• Select the "Moderator Control Panel" (you should see it in the prosilver style)
• Go back to that board and it will display subsilver2
