No Image set for title logo, red X in IE

Someone else reported this a while ago (ticket 12423), but it was listed as "fixed in CVS" yet with the released version of the board, IE users see a red X.

I tried to set the board to "include dimensions? No" but it kept on reverting to "yes" So I set the dimensions to 0. Now IE users have a smaller box with a red X (Firefox users still see nothing).

Since the ticket was supplied back for RC1, and I just recently had someone complain about the red X I don't know if it was around in RC2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or not, or if something in the final release put the glitch back in.

The board still has the line of:
<a href="./index.php" title="Board index" id="logo"><img src="./styles/prosilver/imageset/" alt="" title="" /></a>

Which it should have nothing listed if there's no image.
