Naming Images Gallery Sub-Folders in Arabic not Working

Hello

When i name a sub folder in images gallery in Arabic language, it wont show, I mean this path:

../images/avatars/gallery/(Arabic Folder)

It will show in funny characters.

Example: رقم واحد means number one in Arabic. if i name a folder like this is show like attached screenshot.

While if i name it like : ط±ظ‚ظ... ظˆط§ط­ط¯ it show Arabic name correctly.
