Make deleting poll votes optional when editing poll options

I know that a few people have already reported that changing a vote option or editing one, blanks the results and you (me too) consider this not a bug, since it would not be fair if a user has already voted for something else because their option was not there in the first place...
I file this report because I would like to discuss whether this behavior can be changed but only if "Allow re-voting:" is checked..
This way if someone has not voted for what they really wanted and their true vote has been added later, they can still change their vote and everything is fair...
What do you think?
