ACP Styles Tab gives php notice with pngfix.js file in /styles/ dir

    Description

      Some style authors placed a pngfix.js file in the ./styles/ directory.
      With open_basedir enabled the styles tab will display an error:

      [phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/acp/acp_styles.php on line 642: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(./../styles/pngfix.js/style.cfg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/derky/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php/)
