    Description

      This is a follow-up to http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/54355

      In fact, this bug exists. If the "Can remove private messages from own folder" permission in the Private Message tab for Groups permissions for the Newly Registered users group is set to Never, the user can, in fact, delete PMs from the UCP.
