not allowed as quickmod

This error happens is a strange ( non common ) situation :

1) Open your browser and point it to your board, Login as Administrator/Moderator.
2) Meanwhile you are in the index page, open any topic on a separately browser tab ( or a new window ).
3) Now click on the other tab ( the ones you are in the index ) and click in the Logout link, and you will be redirected to the index again.
at this point all is normal
4) Now click on the other tab ( the ones you are looking a topic )
5) Click on Quick-mod tools, for example "move topic" and will be asked for user name and password to login again, after you fill both fields, you should be redirected to the quick tool but you will have an error page :

This happens to me performing a fresh install files, using the SVN version, prosilver and British language, with an updated database from 3.0.5
And have no clue how to fix it, if this is a bug or a fixed bug :roll:
