XHTML errors on phpBB3 ( acp and prosilver )

• The backup section missing a where id.
• If you want to view the template cache ( on the styles section ) you will notice that there is used the name tag instead of the id tag.
• When you edit a imageset, there is a undefined imgheight and imgwidth.
• mcp log page can be a quit easier, since the <br /> can not be place there, and is quit useless, with a easy margin you fix the issue.

On prosilver;

If you have added a note to a user, the html uses the tag width="5%" witch is not correct.

Below a patch that fix all those irritated bugs.
