Posting large text results on a empty textarea

When you post a large text , and you hit the submit or preview button it results on a empty text area with the next error message "Your message contains too few characters."

To reproduce this bug;
Copy the content of includes/functions.php post it here on phpBB.com and hit the submit or preview button.
