BBCode - URL's By the Quote opening tag do not parse

[ quote="Something"]http://www.google.com[ /quote]
(put space between quotes to prevent it being parsed if your bugtracer does parse)

That URL in there does not get parsed, if it was on a new line for example it gets parsed. The problem appears to be because it doesnt show as a valid URL, so maybe something to do as an exception or something.
