View Count for Attachments Continuously Increments on Refresh

When an attachment is posted in a forum post, it shows a view counter below the attachment. Normally, if a person were to refresh the page more than once, the view count would not increment more than one time. This is how it is when viewing forum topics - refreshing the page will not increment the topic's view count. However, if a person refreshes the page continuously and a post with an attachment is displayed on that page, the view count for that attachment continues to increment even though the person has already incremented the view count once.

Attached to this ticket is an image of the view counter that I discussed in this report. This is not a major bug, but considering the fact that refreshing topics does not increment their view count, I figured that it should be the same for viewing attachments, as well.
