Description
There is something wrong with the calculation of am/pm time
When I view the different forums (or posts), I see the following, while I know that the post made by USERlastposted is the last post that is created.

A am setting of 12:37 am and a pm setting of 12:25 pm shouldn't be possible, should it?
Other example of the past 12 am/pm problem:

If I login on that page of the forum(other time zone set), all 11:pm entries become 12:am: entries.
