    Description

      After you install phpBB 3.0.1-RC1, you get the basic default forum, which the creator of the forums having immediate and full access to the MCP. They can click it, and everything looks fine.

      If the creator decides to delete the only forum he or she has (so they have no forums and no categories), then tries going to the MCP again, the return is...

      You are not authorised to access this area.

      Conclusion: One forum has to exist for the MCP to work.

      This may make sense since nothing exists, but I'll let you guys decide.

      P.S. I think authorized is spelt with a "z".
