Attachments can't move correctly

I moved my forum to another server. A few day later I notice that attachment doesn't appear correctly in topic. I change file transfer format from auto to binary and I notice that attachments appear now correctly in topic.

I think that file tranfer program can't choose right file transfer format (binary or text) because attachment file name doesn't include file extensions.
