double deactivation in one language string

Please tell me how impossible is this line of code in the english language pack acp +> user.php

 'You are not allowed to deactivate bot accounts. Please deactivate the bot instead.'

If i cannot deactivate it how can i deactivate it then as this line of text will "loop" it self
