URL tag not wrapping img and text

Hello,

I found this on phpbb.com. In phpBB2, this BBCode was legal and would parse correctly:

[url=http://foo.bar][img]http://foo.com/bar.jpg[/img]Foo Bar[/url]

See, we are wrapping an image and text into one url tag.

But, on this forum, and all other phpBB3 systems, I assume, this does not parse, and you have to use another Url tag like so:

[url=http://foo.bar][img]http://foo.com/bar.jpg[/img][/url] 

[url=http://foo.bar]Foo Bar[/url]
