Time spent at registration

[Feature] Added an option to enforce that users spend a configurable amount of time on the terms page during registration

Not so much a bug report, but an addition to this feature. Would it be possible to have a count down timer so the user knows how long (s)he has to wait before (s)he can proceed to the next stage. This countdown timer can be integrated into the "I agree to these terms" button before it gets active, e.g. (xx seconds) where xx counts down in realtime
