Forgot password - new password doesnt follow password complexity

If you change the password complexity on user registration settings, the new password generator creates passwords that do not conform. This leads to passwords that are not as secure as they are supposed to be.

Ideally, the password generated when a user clicks the "Forgot Password" should be a password that is as tough as the board requires on a normal password creation or change.
