Disable "Manage foes" module for UCP -> "Add foe" link on profile page etc.

Disable the "Manage foes" module for the UCP
=> The "Add foe" link is still shown on the profile page and - to make it worse - it displays "General Error - Module not accessible" when you click that link.

The same when you disable only the "Manage friends" module,
but: When you then click the "Add friend" link, it does not show an error, but a confirmation and - select "Yes" - adds the user to the foes list!?

Side note/interesting:
Add friend link: ucp.php?i=zebra&add=test
Add foe link: ucp.php?i=zebra&mode=foes&add=test

Is it intended to leave out the (would-be-logical) &mode=friends in the first link?
