Time in Joined Date

Under the author name in every post, it lists the joined date for each member. We dont really need time that the user joined, the date would usually suffice.

The only way to change this is to change the way date is displayed, under "Board Settings". This would remove the time from every date on the board; however we need time for last visited, date posted etc.
